Bill Nicholson - Founder/Co-General Agent of Capital Insurance Affiliates Bill is Founder/Co-General Agent of Capital Insurance Affiliates. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration and has worked in the financial services industry since 1988. Bill is a Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Financial Consultant®, specializing in business and estate planning. He is married with three children and five grandchildren.

R.E. Rose - Co-General Agent of Capital Insurance Affiliates R.E. is Co-General Agent of Capital Insurance Affiliates. He is also an investment advisor and broker with Capital Investment Companies. He joined the firm in 2016 and has been in the financial services industry since 1986. R.E. graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Mathematics and holds his Chartered Life Underwriter ® and Certified Long-Term Care ® professional designations. He is married with two children and enjoys golf and saltwater fishing.

Mark Jessick Mark Jessick joined Capital in 2020 and works with Capital Insurance Affiliates, as well as other entities within Capital Investment Companies. He has been in the financial industry since 2013 and graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a BS in Geology. Mark enjoys golf, photography, aviation, and all racket sports.

Matt Keen Matt joined the firm in 2016 and has been in the financial services industry since 2012. He graduated from Campbell University with a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Trust and Wealth Management. Matt maintains his General Securities License and General Securities Principal License. Matt enjoys the outdoors and taking care of his cows and Longleaf pines.

David Puckett David is a Case Management Specialist for Capital Insurance Affiliates. His duties include preparing proposals, contracting, payroll, underwriting support, and anything else needed to get cases issued. He has been in the financial services industry since 2012. He and his wife have been married since 2015 and enjoy the outdoors, cooking, and going to the lake. They have two wonderful kids and two rescue dogs which they love to spoil. David graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Textile Technology and is a rabid Wolfpack fan. Go Pack!

Allison Smith Allison is an Administrative Assistant for Capital Insurance Affiliates. She has been with the firm since 2003 and in the Retirement Plan Administration industry since 1991. Allison attended Harbarger College and Wake Technical Community College.

Cindy Kasner is an administrative and sales assistant for Capital Insurance Affiliates. She has been with the firm since 2001 and in the financial services industry since 1998. Cindy attended Oklahoma State University and Southwestern Oklahoma State College. She enjoys gardening and reading.
